This policy is a plain-language summary for launch and does not constitute legal advice.
1. Who we are
CONTRACTNEXA operates a European subcontracting intelligence service. For account data we act as controller; for data you enter about your own organisation and pipeline we act as processor on your instructions.
2. Account data we collect
Name, business email, phone number if provided, organisation details, capability and capacity profile, saved opportunities, notes and outreach drafts.
Authentication and billing identifiers required to operate your subscription.
3. Procurement and business contact data
We process procurement notices and award records published by public bodies. These may include business contact details of contracting organisations.
Business contact data is processed under legitimate interest for B2B commercial communication. We record where each contact was found and when it was last verified, and we do not guess, generate or infer contact details.
4. How we use data
To operate the service, match opportunities to your capability profile, send the alerts you configure, provide support and process payment.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use your pipeline data to train models for other customers.
5. Sharing
We use processors for hosting and database services, payment processing and email delivery. They act on our instructions under contract.
6. Retention
Account and organisation data is retained while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. Published procurement records are retained as part of the historical intelligence archive.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest.

8. Security
Data is stored in managed European infrastructure with row-level access control, so an organisation can only read its own pipeline data and the intelligence its subscription entitles it to.
