Terms of Service

1. The service

CONTRACTNEXA is a subscription information service. It collects publicly published European procurement notices and award data, structures them, and presents the resulting intelligence to business customers.

The service is provided to organisations acting in a professional capacity. It is not intended for consumers.

2. Accounts and organisations

Access is granted per organisation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the company details you provide, for the security of your credentials, and for the activity of the users you invite.

You must not share a single user account between multiple people.

3. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial; if you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the billing area; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Displayed subscription prices are final prices and include applicable VAT; no VAT is added on top at checkout.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store card details.

4. Data accuracy and provenance

Every material fact in the product is labelled with its provenance: verified from a named source, inferred by our models, or unknown. Inferred information is an estimate and must not be treated as fact.

We do not warrant that published procurement data is complete, current or free from error. You remain responsible for verifying information before acting on it commercially.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the service to identify and pursue commercial opportunities for your own organisation. You may not resell, redistribute or systematically extract the database, nor use it to send unlawful communications.

Contact information surfaced by the service must be used in compliance with applicable law, including electronic marketing and data protection rules.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost contracts or indirect loss.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-product. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
